I have more than 20 years in HR leadership positions in various sectors: Automotive, Aeronautics, Agribusiness, Military, HR consulting and Coaching.

Yasmine Nesrine Bouguera holds the position of People Lead Morocco at Mondelēz International, the international leader of Snaking.
With over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Yasmine has honed her expertise in multinational and dynamic environments, with a particular focus on the Maghreb and Africa. Throughout her career, she has handled diverse portfolios, including Organization Development, Learning & Talent Management, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Social Dynamics facilitating the Change Management and empowering leadership.

Abdellatif ASSERAR is an accomplished HR Director with over 15 years of experience in various industries, including BTP (Building, Civil Engineering, and Public Works), food industry (Agri-food), construction and real estate (Heavy Industry), and the automotive sector. He has more than 20 years of work experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, he is occupying the role of HR & Administration Director at Arabian Industries Group Companies. His functional core competencies are in the areas of strategic human resources planning, talent development, performance management, leadership development. He participated in various conferences and published some of the articles in reputed journals. He has been certified as a peer reviewer to ELSEVIER. He has been also conferred with the “501 Fabulous Global HR leaders of the World” in 2020 and “Global HR Champions” in 2021 by the World HRD Congress at Mumbai. Dr. Al Darmaki is a visiting lecturer at some of the higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman at Business & Accounting Department.
