12TH & 13TH JUNE, 2024
HYATT REGENCY, CASABLANCA
In recent years, the world’s top HR professionals have helped prove that the advancement of any business is linked to the success of its people. Now, HR leaders must step forward and create a framework for the future of work, one that gives workers a greater role in shaping it.
The pandemic has accelerated the dream that every one of us has had: to escape the tyranny of bureaucracy. People want fewer layers of approvals and greater autonomy over their work, including its location-at home, in a central meeting place or a mix of the two. They want to be liberated to realize their potential. These changes are here to stay and there is no going back.
HR leaders can help their organizations adjust by empowering businesses to break out of the box and lead them boldly to new ways of organizing work. Leading HR teams actively help their organizations prepare for the future of work. HR leaders should advise executives on the future roles and skills they will need, leverage evolving employment models like gig work, remote work and change organizational processes to manage technology-driven workflows. Strategic human resource practices, or the SHRM are prominent practices in the Atlantic region, especially in Morocco.
At the 2024 edition of the Maghreb HR Summit & Awards scheduled to be held on 12th & 13th November 2024 at the Hyatt Regency, Casablanca, you will meet some of the best minds, industry leaders, and HR practitioners from all across Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria that share their best practices in crafting better employee experiences in the new era of flexible and hybrid work.
